class of 2019

Class of 19: Allison

This senior portrait session with Allison was just lovely. She had a clear vision of what she wanted. I loved that she took a simple, somewhat traditional approach to her photos. I was also so glad that this year the leaves held in till mid-November and we were able to capture that last bit of fall before the temps started to really drop. Looking back at these photos is getting me excited for the next class of 2020!

Class of 19: Tyler

This young gentleman was a delight to work with. He was so polite, kind, and was up for just about anything I threw at him. I also loved that he included his longtime girlfriend in his session. They have been together for 4 years and I have to say that they are the real deal.

Anyhoo it was a great shoot. We explored downtown Altoona and the rolling country hills in Roaring Spring. He lucked out and had beautiful golden light and for once, absolutely no rain or grey cloud in the sky. This was definitely one of my favorite senior sessions this year!

Class of 2019: Lilly

My senior portrait session with Lilly was like an amazing fashion shoot. She had three great outfits and we found all of these awesome little nooks and crannies to shoot in as we explored Hollidaysburg.

Lilly is an absolutely beautiful girl. She was so fun to work with and I loved that we had her sister Catherine with us. Speaking of, I have to give a huge shout out to Catherine for freezing on this sunny but chilly day and being the prop and pryo master (minus that moment when the “entire” field was on fire LOL).

Here are a few of my favs from our session!

Class of 2019: Karrie

Meet one of my senior models for the class of 2019 Karrie.

This girl was amazing to work with!

When I met with Karrie she was game to do anything. She just didn’t want the normal, boring, what everyone else is doing senior photos. She wanted fun, creative, a little edgy, and a few with her dogs. She loves reading and glitter, but hates rain. So we made it all work even though for her session we were hit with an apocalyptic type down pour and that moment when her one dog decided it wanted to be free and run away (no worries she didn’t get far).

I loved this session and I’m so happy with what we captured.

Karrie I hope you have the BEST SENIOR YEAR EVER!

PS. If you’re a friend of Karrie and a Junior or Senior who needs your senior photos done, ask her about her senior model discount!
