It’s always an adventure with Kenzie.
Our first session we may or may not have illegally crashed a sunflower patch. This time we faced dense fog and ice which made for slippery roads and then as it melted, it pelted the car like huge chucks of hail. The ice also, at one point as Kenzie was posing among snowy trees, attacked her. But it was worth it. It was truly the most PERFECT day. It started out with fog and ice covered trees and then the clouds broke and gave way to beautiful blue skies.
Kenzie has such a bright future ahead of her that will no doubt be filled with amazing opportunities. It will be exciting to see where her path leads her in life.
I love how creative my seniors have been this year and this shoot was no exception. Rachel had some of the best ideas for shoot locations such one of which was The Poor Painter. Everything was a reflection of Rachel and her unique style and creative talents. This shoot was definitely one of my favs this year!
This young gentleman was a delight to work with. He was so polite, kind, and was up for just about anything I threw at him. I also loved that he included his longtime girlfriend in his session. They have been together for 4 years and I have to say that they are the real deal.
Anyhoo it was a great shoot. We explored downtown Altoona and the rolling country hills in Roaring Spring. He lucked out and had beautiful golden light and for once, absolutely no rain or grey cloud in the sky. This was definitely one of my favorite senior sessions this year!
